Avana is a new home community in Southwest Austin, which is part of the Circle C Ranch development. Standard Pacific, the only builder in Avana, offers many desirable features such as brick exteriors, mahogany doors, irrigation systems, etc.
You may have heard or read online comments stating that Avana is not part of Circle C Ranch. That is outdated information. Back when the community was first proposed, Avana would have been separate from Circle C. But the developers made an arrangement and now you can rest assured that all of Avana is included in Circle C.
This is an important detail, because it means Avana residents have full access to all the amenities of Circle C Ranch, including the Olympic pool at the Circle C Swim Center, the waterslide at the 2nd pool, the community center, the disc golf course and sports fields at Circle C Metropolitan Park, and the Grey Rock Golf and Tennis Club.
Prices for the new construction homes in Avana start in the $300,000 range, with 1 and 2 story homes in a wide range of sizes available. Although there is a sales office onsite, we encourage potential buyers to remember that the agents there represent the builder, not the buyers.
